Första 8 veckorna

Våra valpar växer upp i en vanlig hemmiljö, deras första veckor lever de i en valplåda i vårt gästrum tillsammans med sin mamma i lugn och ro. Utan störning från andra hundar eller utomstående människor och övervakade av någon av oss dygnet runt. Vid ca 3 veckors ålder flyttar de ut i en större hage i huset. Där får de vara med om alla ljud som det innebär att leva ett vanligt liv. De får träffa mycket människor och våra andra hundar. De får springa fritt i större utrymmen (utomhus om vädret tillåter) varje dag. De får komma ut i olika rum var och en för att ensam få undersöka sin omgivning med stöd från oss så klart. Vi vänjer dem att ha halsband och de får testa på att gå i koppel. Vi åker korta bilturer och vi börjar vänja valparna vid all sorts hantering samt börjar vi vänja dem vid att stå på trimbord.

Hos oss lever valparna som en del av familjen, vi väljer noga ut hem till våra valpar och vill självklart att de ska fortsätta vara en del av familjen hos sina nya ägare genom hela sitt liv. Vi låter aldrig någon välja valp hos oss, vi försöker utifrån vad valpköparna planerar att göra med sin hund och hur levnadssituationen ser ut att passa ihop rätt valp med rätt familj, detta för att göra livet så bra som möjligt för både hund och ägare.

Vid leverans:

– minst 8 veckor gammal
– har stamtavla
– veterinärbesiktad
– chipmärkt
– vaccinerad
– avmaskad fler gånger
– badad och klippt
– dolda fel försäkrad i 3 år
– inkluderat valppaket (foderprov,koppel, leksak och filt)

What we expect:

The first 8 weeks

The litters that are born at TufflaZ live in a normal home inviroment. The first weeks they have peace and quiet with their mother away from our other dogs and free from visitors. We supervise our litters around the clock. When the puppies are around three weeks old they move on to a bigger area in the middle of the house. Here they get familiar with all the sounds of a normal household. They get to meet alot of new people and our other dogs. We try to give them alot of space to move around, if the weather allows outside. We let every puppy get some alone time with us and give them a chance to explore new surrondings without the support of their siblings. We get them used to wearing a collar and leash. We go for short car rides with them one at a time and we start the important work with all types of handling with cutting nails and standing on a table for grooming.

When they live with us they are a part of our family, we choose buyers that we think can provide a loving home and where they can continue to be a part of a family. If you buy a puppy from us you don’t get to choose your puppy, we do all the evaluations and try our best to pick they right puppy for each buyer. We do this based on what the buyer wants to do with their dog and how their life situation is. We do this to give both the dog and the buyers the best possible chance for a happy life.

On delivery:

– is at least 8 weeks old
– comes with a pedigree
– has been checked by a veterinarian
– has a chip number
– is vaccinated
– is dewormed
– is bathed and groomed
– is insured for hidden faults for 3 years
– comes with puppy package (puppy food, leash, toy and a blanket)

What we offer:

– help with grooming (for free the first year)
– free membership in the swedish lagotto club for the first year (if you’re not already a member)
